Black Hat SEO
Though there are a lot of white hat ways for search engine optimization or SEO there are also skills that will work but if you get caught using them the aftermath can be crushing. When SEO became a problem many methods were applied because at that stage the search engines applied a much more elementary algorithm.
Although these tricks were used to take advantage of the simpler algorithms these methods were also employed by the search engines to make the engines more advanced. Let’s see a few methods.
Cloaking are cheating tricks whereby you show one web page to the search engine and a totally different website to the visitor. A redirect easily directs traffic to one web page and then brings them to a different page by refreshing the page they are on and automatically bringing them to a new URL. Cloaking a website involves suckering a search engine’s indexer into conceiving that it is something different and tricking the spider to transmit fictitious information back to its owner.
A couple other techniques call for packing meta tags with keyword phrases or also concealing keywords in plain site on the site. One way individuals use this technique is to write the keywords so that the keywords are too tiny to be discovered by by anyone.
Employing non applicable keywords is yet another trick particularly when mixed with the trick explained above. By using unconnected keywords in this way you can lead customers to your site from multiple points online.
Utilizing an overly search engine optimized websites can also work. This isn’t the same thing as a real landing page. In this instance you employ any and all techniques to overly optimize an individual website and use that page to send people to your main web page. This would involve utilizing all of the above methods for this one page.
The ultimate penalty for applying the unprincipled techniques is being shunned from the search engines themselves. Be cautious when you applying these bad techniques for fright of this punishment. Being penalized is one thing, but to not even be indexed on a search engine is the worst result that can really hurt your business.
